- How much is it?
Free for participants, free listings for cruises. Organizations that host shows
will pay a flat rate for each show to access premium features.
- Are there fees?
The only fees incurred are related to transaction processing. Our system will
work with Stripe, Square and Paypal.
- What are the premium features?
Unlimited event registration, participant reports, dash card printing, custom
awards classes, customized online judging and people’s choice judging. Add
on items (like tee shirts) can also be added to your registration page. You can
upload your graphics/flyers and sponsorship information too!
- Will this system work for motorcycles?
Yes. Each event can be fully customized to accommodate motorcycles and
other related vehicles. Organizers can set up custom classes and awards for
every event.
- Do participants have to enter information every time they register for an
event?
No. Owners can store information about their vehicle in the system when they
create their account. That information will be saved so the next time they enter
an event it is very easy for them to register.
- Do I have to install another app?
No. Our system runs on computers and mobile devices through a standard
browser.
- Can I do on-site registration?
Yes. Administrators for the event can add new entries at any time. If you have
access to a printer, you can print a new dash card for that entry on site. In-
person participants can pay by cash or via your organizations electronic
payment system.
- Do you offer other related web-based services?
Yes! We are also working on a similar site for craft shows and other
community events.
- Can you help us with printed promotional materials?
Yes! We can create, print and ship custom signage for your event.

These heavy cardstock signs have a glossy finish and are the perfect way
to advertise your event. $60, shipped directly to your organization.
Show banners – Full color, custom vinyl banners with grommets. A great
way to showcase your event and recognize sponsors. $6 per square foot,
shipped directly to your organization.
